Depending on the need and available capacity, support may include an initial assessment, workflow advice, team training, responsible-use guidance, or a focused pilot. We agree on what is included before work begins.
Is support always free?
No. Selected engagements may be discounted or no-cost. Availability, scope, and any fees are discussed before you decide whether to move forward. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a place.
What happens after we reach out?
We review your needs and available capacity. If there is a potential fit, we follow up to discuss the problem, your team's ability to participate, and a useful next step. We then agree on the scope and expectations together.
